Spago Maui by Wolfgang Puck, located inside the luxurious Four Seasons Resort in Wailea, is seeking passionate and reliable Line Cooks and Dishwashers to join our dynamic team. Line Cook Position Summary: The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and consistency, working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service. Ideal candidates have strong fundamentals, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to Spago’s recipes, plating standards, and timing Maintain proper setup, cleanliness, and organization of assigned station Assist in prepping ingredients, stocks, sauces, and garnishes as needed Work closely with chefs and teammates to ensure quality and consistency in every dish Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Take direction well and maintain professionalism at all times Qualifications: Previous kitchen experience required; fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred Culinary school graduates encouraged to apply Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques Able to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with a passion for food and hospitality Dishwasher Position Summary: The Dishwasher is an essential part of the culinary team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the kitchen. This role ensures chefs and cooks have the tools they need to deliver world-class dining experiences.
