What You'll Do: Complete end-to-end UX and UI designs in collaboration with our Founder, who serves as the product lead. Work with engineering to implement designs; participate in QA to ensure that designs are working in staging and production. Brainstorm ads concepts and create them then get feedback on performance that empowers you to iterate and build even more effective ads. Design emails and help guide the company as we build our brand and visual guidelines. Collaborate with marketing on designs in Webflow and Unbounce for landing pages and website design. Requirements 1+ years of experience with product design; experience with graphic design and video production preferred. Strong work ethic and can do attitude. Expertise with Figma. We are an early-stage startup and oftentimes that comes with wearing many hats, which means working across front-end and back-end as well as potentially participating in or leading system architecture or DevOps decision-making. The server position at Baba's Pierogies is an all-encompassing job, as a new member of the Baba's Team you should be ready, not only to provide great customer service, but also have a 'go-get-em' attitude, good presentation and cleanliness. Our servers run their own food and keep their tables neat and tidy. We need someone who can be in charge of the floor on their own, but also can work well alongside other team members. Our shifts are solo shifts; hosting, serving, running, and bussing. All the dishes at Baba's are made to order fresh, once you learn about our menu you will be expected to try our food and sell it to the customers. We have confidence in our food and so should our servers, you should be ready to build checks and sell dishes. Server responsibilities also include making Baba's Sauces, we expect our servers to have the determination and skill to follow our recipes exactly and prepare these sauces during the regular shift.
