ShareWe are currently seeking an Part Time Over Night Front Desk position An upscale lodging facility in Santa Rosa is seeking a Night Auditor. Shift is on Sunday & Mondays 11pm - 7am Must have strong guest service skills and have the desire to exceed guest expectations. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Must have prior Hotel Front Desk Experience. Must have 1year minimum Night Audit experience. Accounting experience including MS Word, Excel and Outlook a plus. Must be professional in appearance and performance. Responsibilities include: Greet and register late arrivals, issue access cards appropriately to guests. Answer multi-line phone system; process all wake-up calls Receive guests requests and/or complaints and ensure that appropriate action is taken through call-back procedures Posts daily activity; entering new activity; balancing accounts, monitoring account codes Helps the accounting team with inputting invoices and filing. Prepares daily audit reports by collecting and summarizing activity, settlement, and discrepancy data and trends; proofing and distributing reports Answer inquiries pertaining to the resort amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining and directions Must be able to follow written or oral directions accurately Please submit your resume for consideration
