Job Summary The Fry Cook is responsible for safely and efficiently preparing fried chicken and side items, ensuring all products are cooked to the correct temperature, crispness, and portion size. This position plays a key role in maintaining consistent food quality and speed of service. Responsibilities * Operate deep fryers safely and efficiently * Fry chicken, tenders and sides to order * Monitor oil temperatures and fryer timers to ensure consistency * Bread and prepare raw chicken according to company standards * Follow batch cooking procedures to maintain fresh, hot food during peak hours * Maintain clean fryers and perform regular oil filtering and change procedures * Track product holding times and discarding expired items as needed * Keep the fry station clean, stocked, and compliant with food safety standards Qualifications * Comfort working around hot oil and kitchen equipment * Ability to lift and move heavy containers (e.g., chicken trays, oil jugs) * Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) If you meet the above requirements, please send us your resume.
