We are a local mixed use motel. Most of our staff has been here for years. We are looking for an individual who will fit in with our team. Read below for work requirements. Front Desk Clerk We are seeking an individual who has a natural passion for delivering exceptional service to guests. The successful candidate must be a team player who has a positive attitude and is reliable and task oriented. Responsibilities: -Checks guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient and courteous manner. -Efficiently handles all payments received - balances and verifies all transactions. -Responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding room registration and ensures guest privacy. -Must be able to professionally handle and respond to guest issues and requests and make sound decisions. -Responsible for positively representing and promoting the hotel. -Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guests and employee safety and security. -Must maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment. -Must be able to lift 50lbs.
