Gold Coast Ghal Kitchen is a West African restaurant in First Hill. We are seeking experienced Prep/Line Cooks who aspire to work in a creative, local, and woman owned business that is serious about serving the community with authentic and delicious food. Timeliness, reliability, cleanliness, attention to detail, ability to work independently and follow written/verbal instructions, and comply with health standards is essential.
