Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge. Uphold company policies and standards regarding quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Qualifications: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is a MUST. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso beverages. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. New York Food Handlers’ License is a plus. Compensation: $18 per hour + tips, paid weekly. Additional Information: Competitive hourly wage plus tips based on experience and performance.
