High-Volume Midtown Irish Bar and Restaurant is seeking a Bartender for a full-time position. We are a fun team that maintains a friendly, supportive and respectful environment for all staff. The right applicant will take pride in their appearance. All applicants must be available to work nights and weekends. 3+ years of industry experience is preferred. Cocktail experience is required, an enthusiasm for beer and wine is a plus! The ideal candidate must be able to multi task and be comfortable in a busy fast-paced environment. Experience with food service a must, and nights and weekends are required. This is a very busy bar and restaurant that requires long hours on your feet, interacting and engaging with customers while working a very busy service bar. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in the bar industry, including supervisory or management roles. Advanced knowledge of classic cocktails and a proven ability to create compelling new recipes. Experience with batching cocktails and managing a high-volume service environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective team management. A passion for hospitality and a calm, decisive demeanor under pressure.
