This role will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently, assisting with daily operations such as unlocking and securing the job site, communicating with subcontractors, drafting and sending project emails, and maintaining a clean and orderly site environment. Candidates should expect to perform some physical labor as part of maintaining the job site, including general upkeep and hands-on support when needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with a wide range of construction professionals.
