Long Bridge Pizza is looking for a new Service Team Member for our pizzeria in Dogpatch! Do you believe in understanding, loving, and growing the community you're in? What you get: - A fun, positive, fast-paced work environment - Continuous learning and training for not only the restaurant, but personal development as well - Opportunities for advancement - Consistent schedule to plan your life around What we're looking for: - You are a coachable person who can follow instructions and guidance, both verbally and written (such as checklists and/or recipes) - You understand and believe in hospitality, ideally possessing strong Guest Service skills and prior Food Industry experience - You love connecting and building a positive experience with all Guests to create a community vibe - You love to work as a team with others, while keeping a clean and organized work area, in a fast-paced environment Prior Restaurant experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate without prior experience. You will start with an hourly wage of $20 - $22 per hour plus tips (ranging from $4 - $8+ an hour), with performance-based increases in the future You must be available to work the following days: Tuesday - Sunday. Open availability is highly preferred, since you will be scheduled 35 - 40+ hours per week. You must have reliable transportation to commute and punctually arrive for your scheduled shifts You must be able to communicate with Guests clearly and empathically. Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus, but not a necessity!
