**Ice Pop Production Assistant** Hello! We're an artisanal sno cone and ice pop company (@snoconamor.com) seeking a dedicated kitchen assistant to join our team in Northeast LA's Highland Park area. Position Overview: We're looking for someone to help with ice pop production in our bright, sunny kitchen. This part-time role (3-4 days per week, 4-5 hours per day, Monday-Friday) offers flexible hours and is perfect for someone who enjoys focused, independent work while listening to music or podcasts. Key Responsibilities: • Ice pop production (primary focus) • Product labeling and packaging • Fresh juice preparation • Order fulfillment • Occasional local deliveries (reliable vehicle required) About Us: We're a small but growing company that serves the Hollywood Farmers Market, caters events, and distributes to local stores and hotels. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership and Staff Management: Supervise, train, and mentor service staff, including waitstaff, hosts, and support staff. Customer Service: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.
