Hotel Evening Front Desk Associate (Missoula)

StoneCreek Lodge is Now Hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be a part of our exceptional team! Position is your choice of part-time or full-time from 2 to 5 evenings per week. 8 hour Evening shifts are available and shifts range from 2:00pm to Midnight. Weekend availability is required. Schedule is flexible and can be discussed in interview! Wage starts at $16.50 per hour or more based on experience. Valid driver’s license required. We offer paid vacation & flexible scheduling! Job Duties/Responsibilities~ Greet every guest with a friendly and positive attitude Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times Know current promotions to ensure the capture of every sale Anticipate guest needs Ability to remedy guest service issues effectively Assisting with setting up group room blocks and meeting space rentals Mutli-tasking and problem solving skills Other duties include: shuttles to/from the airport, light cleaning and stocking, laundry The ability to train on backup overnight shifts is available but not required, and is offered at a premium wage.
