Espresso machine: wipe down and clean twice daily with recommended detergent to include group head and auto cleaning feature 11. Manage the restock of all delivered coffee and tea products while rotating stock 12. Retain product packing slips and forward to MOD 13. Keep Barista area stocked with glassware, coffee cups, and mugs 14. Keep mugs neatly stacked 15. Always maintain a clean station 16. Clean all juicing machines daily at the end of service 30. Deep clean the top of the orange juicer once a week 31. Secure-it sticker the tops of all take out beverages 32.
