WED-SAT. 9AM~4PM Pay: Hourly $20~$25 to start, depends on experience , speed, and how much you can pickup for our current tasks We are: A full service restaurant, chef-driven menu and have rotating menu and seasonal menu too. We are looking for prep cook can help us to handle more daytime prepping for our expanded menu. Need to prep with certain speed and efficiency in mind - the speed and chopping and slicing is basic requirement. 3. Full Service Restaurant experience required (if just processing food without the awareness of any details that wont work) 4. Your daily tasks including: - Knife works: Slicing, Dicing Chopping Veggies and meats - Hot line cooking: Frying ingredients with deep fryer, Sautee ingredients to the right level...etc - making sauce, assist fermentation ,cooking rice 5. You have nature attention to details and always check with chef when in doubt, because you know all the details matter to the final result. 6. You are a team player! love to work in a kitchen with no drama and everyone care about details.
