Team members will be cross trained in all areas to allow for flexible scheduling and coverage. Scheduling will include both Saturday and Sunday hours, in addition to weekdays/holidays. Facilitate repeat and new business for catering functions and exceed the sales expectations of the Catering and Special Events Department. Develop effective presentations both verbally and written where ideas, opinions, recommendations, and conclusions display strong understanding and expertise in the sales process. Design and deliver appropriate catering menus by collaborating with clients and chefs’ qualifications.
