Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure smooth and efficient operations, maximizing profitability while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Manage inventory, control costs, and oversee labor scheduling. Uphold food safety standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Qualifications 3-5 years of Fast Casual or high-volume Restaurant & Kitchen management experience. Strong food and beverage knowledge. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively. Proficiency in POS systems and basic restaurant software. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
