ShareBread Shaper & Baker (Night Shift, Weekends Required) Join our team of experienced bread shapers and bakers! This is a great opportunity to learn how to hand-shape all of our doughs and be a part of our artisan bread-making process. What you’ll learn and do: -Shape doughs by hand with care and precision -Proof dough and divide it into pieces for shaping -Bake loaves after they have proofed -Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced, supportive team Qualifications: -Excellent hand skills with the ability to handle dough gently -Ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team -Willingness to follow direction from the Production Supervisor -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get along with a variety of people -Previous bread-shaping experience or culinary school background preferred -Ability to communicate in English is required -Must be available to work nights and weekends If you are interested, please send an email with a copy of your resume and a cover letter explaining why you are interested in this job and what qualities you possess that would make you a good candidate for this position.
