Manage staff training and development to enhance team performance and service quality. Utilize POS systems (Toast) for efficient cash handling and transaction processing. Conduct interviews and hire new staff while providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Implement budgeting strategies to optimize costs while maintaining service standards. Foster a positive dining experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Collaborate with kitchen and bar management to ensure timely food & drink production and quality control. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and financial management within a restaurant setting. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Background in fine dining / upscale dining environments is preferred; banquet experience is a plus.
