Warehouse Caretaker & Custodian (Tucson)

A clean, well-maintained warehouse is essential to our success — it enables us to host tours that create **raving fans**, reduce inventory shrinkage, and improve efficiency. You’ll also help us build **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** that set the gold standard for cleanliness and organization. --- **Key Responsibilities** * **General Cleaning:** Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust warehouse, office, and break areas * **Restroom Maintenance:** Keep restrooms fully sanitized, stocked, and guest-ready * **Trash Removal:** Collect and dispose of all trash and recycling daily * **Clutter Control:** Keep aisles, walkways, and storage areas neat and organized * **Spill Response:** Quickly address spills or incidents to maintain safety * **Special Projects:** Complete deeper cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned * **Tour-Ready Standards:** Ensure the warehouse always looks professional for guests, team members, and inspections --- **Requirements** * A **people person** who enjoys being part of a team * Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented * Always striving for perfection in presentation and cleanliness * Physical stamina: stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs * Must have **reliable transportation** * **Mandatory drug screening** (safety standard in our warehouse) * Positive, upbeat attitude and commitment to Arbuckle Coffee’s culture of excellence --- **Compensation & Schedule** * $16 to $18 per hour (based on experience) * Part-time: 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (flexible start time) Preferably 9am to 1pm. * Family-owned company with growth opportunities and a supportive culture --- **How to Apply:** Please no phone calls.
