Location: Nami Sushi and Ramen - 15005 SE McLoughlin Blvd Milwaukie OR 97267 We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our store as a Barista & Hostess. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves engaging with people, and has a passion for creating great guest experiences. Responsibilities Barista Duties Prepare and serve high-quality drinks with consistency and accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station Provide recommendations and answer customer questions about the menu Ensure all health and safety standards are followed Hostess Duties Welcome and greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude Manage waitlists and seating efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction Assist with running food and drinks as needed Support overall floor operations by coordinating with servers and team members Requirements Previous experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is a plus (but not required) Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask and stay positive under pressure Must be available to work weekends and holidays Food handler’s card (required) and OLCC server permit (if applicable) Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $16.30/hr + tips (average $19–$20/hr) Employee drinks/discounts Opportunities for training and growth
