Top-tier cocktail and whiskey bar seeking a professional, collected floor manager to complement our team. We are looking for floor manager to assist our General Manager in running the shop, including opening, closing duties, scheduling, training, and staff hiring/retention/discipline. You will be an integral part of the team. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial who will grow with us as we expand. The ideal candidate is a former host, captain, beverage director, lead server, or lead bartender, who can not only handle a floor, but focus on the beverage program and work with us to ensure its success.
