Join our team at The Riviera Country Club as an AM Lead Cook! This is a hands-on role where you’ll prepare all staff/family meals, assist with banquet events, support line cooks in our restaurant outlets, and manage deliveries and food storage areas. What You’ll Do: Prepare daily staff meals with quality and consistency Assist with banquet and special event food prep Support line cooks across our dining outlets as needed Receive deliveries and ensure proper storage and rotation of food Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen and storage areas Requirements: Previous cooking experience, preferably in a country club, resort, or restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety and storage procedures Ability to work early morning hours Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexible and willing to assist in multiple kitchen areas Benefits: Pay: $21- $24 an hour, depending on experience Opportunity to work in a professional, team-oriented environment Employee meals provided Health Insurance and 401K with company match Schedule: Early mornings, some weekends, with additional hours as needed for events
