Duties -Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu plans. -Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for special dietary needs. -Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. -Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. -Support the culinary team in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and cooking. -Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as needed. -Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. -Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to guests.
