Join our team at The Riviera Country Club as an AM Lead Cook! This is a hands-on role where you’ll prepare all staff/family meals, assist with banquet events, support line cooks in our restaurant outlets, and manage deliveries and food storage areas. What You’ll Do: Prepare daily staff meals with quality and consistency Assist with banquet and special event food prep Support line cooks across our dining outlets as needed Receive deliveries and ensure proper storage and rotation of food Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen and storage areas Requirements: Previous cooking experience, preferably in a country club, resort, or restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety and storage procedures Ability to work early morning hours Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexible and willing to assist in multiple kitchen areas Benefits: Pay: $21- $24 an hour, depending on experience Opportunity to work in a professional, team-oriented environment Employee meals provided Health Insurance and 401K with company match Schedule: Early mornings, some weekends, with additional hours as needed for events

An individual who will take personal pride in their work and the capability to suggest new ideas for customizing a clients requests. A talented pastry chef with the ability to raise the caliber and presentation of any and all desserts. Must work well with our current pastry chef and other staff members. Must be able to complete tasks even under pressure in a very busy catering kitchen. Must carry a sense of urgency in order to meet different orders and schedules for clients. Must maintain a clean and organized work station. Punctuality is always important and a must in order to prepare, produce and send out the freshest breads and desserts. Must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and always be respectful to the other coworkers in the kitchen. Operating hours are early mornings to midday shift. Approximately 25 to 35 hours per week. Duties and tasks include: Helping to create and construct desserts, including a variety of cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cornbreads, sheet cakes, puddings, biscuits. As well as themed styled desserts for holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving. We are looking to hire for the position ASAP. $22.00 to $24.00 per hour to start D.O.E.
