Cafe Line Cook Needed Breakfast and Lunch (SoHo)

Our client, a lovely Café in Soho is looking for a friendly and energetic Line Cook Ambassador to join their team. This individual is responsible for all prep production for the café while delivering excellent customer service when interacting with customers. The menu is not extensive hot foods, mostly sandwiches and soups. Hours: Varies, must be able to work weekends; Full time opportunity. Pay Rate: $21 Responsibilities: Prepare all food & beverage prep for the café operation Partner with management on seasonal menu rollouts that are prep based Maintain cleanliness and DOH standards at all times Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning schedules Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume Greet and engage guests when necessary Perform other duties as necessary Qualifications: 2 years of related line cook experience Strong ability to multi-task Excellent brand knowledge Must possess a strong work ethic and be an enthusiastic and proactive team player Ability to perform under pressure without constant supervision Ability to anticipate needs based on environmental and guest cues Ability to work a variety of stations Must be able to lift up to 20lbs Excellent communication skills Eligible to work in the US Must be able to pass a background and drug test (No testing for THC)
