We are seeking a reliable, skilled Cook with experience across all kitchen stations, with a focus on brunch and lunch service. The ideal candidate can prep, cook, plate, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items across all stations (hot line, cold station, grill, sauté, bakery/pastry as needed - Execute brunch and lunch service wit consistency - Manage mise en place for all stations and ensure proper portioning - Maintain timing to ensure quick, accurate order delivery during peak periods - Ensure food quality, presentation, ad taste standards - Monitor sanitation and safety procedures - Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safety and efficiency - Collaborate with other cooks, servers, and management to deliver an exceptional guest experience - Help with inventory, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Requirements: - Proven experience as a cook with strong brunch/lunch background - Proficient in all kitchen stations (hot line, cold prep, grill, sauté - Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling of ingredients - Ability to multi-task ad work calmly under pressure - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Flexible schedule; willingness to work mornings, weekends, and holidays - Strong teamwork and communication skills How to apply: - A current resume, references or food service CV - A brief cover note highlighting brunch/lunch experience and multi-station capability
