Le Marais Bakery is looking for talented, diligents, organized Pastry / baker assistants to join our wonderful team, assisting with a selection of seasonal tarts, flans, croissants, brioches, and specialty pastries. the candidates will work alongside our Head Pastry Chef and viennoiserie team and will be provided with the best farmers' market offerings and Valrhona chocolates to create a line of seasonal tarts and pastries. Love of baking, finish work, and working with fresh seasonal ingredients are all a must. Work in one of the most beautiful pastry kitchens in the city, a newly built 3,000 square foot pastry commissary at 1138 Sutter. Job Requirements: Those full time positions includes production of daily pastries and desserts, scaling and mixing of doughs, baking and assembling, while maintaining mise en place in a well-organized, clean and safe working environment and cooperating with all members of kitchen team, Early shift and week end availability are required. Preferred experience: Culinary degree and experience in a professional kitchen is advantageous, but training will be provided and all experience levels encouraged to apply. Network Reliability Engineer Role The Network Reliability Engineer reports to the Manager of Network Reliability and is a member of CoreSite’s Network Engineering team. The primary function of the role will be to advance automation, scale, and next-generation initiatives within the company. The role will focus heavily on SDN, Cloud, and virtualization. The position will heavily focus on product improvements and automation. Candidate should have experience in at least one programming language and be willing to demonstrate this experience during the interview process. We don’t necessarily care if you have a computer science degree, but we do expect candidates to be able to demonstrate full understanding of fundamental programming concepts. Improve observability via implementation of improved monitoring, metrics, logging, and system analytics. Build software and systems to manage services and applications through automation.
