About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Sales Associate to be the go-to person during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great role for someone with wine retail or hospitality experience who’s ready to take on light leadership and logistical responsibilities. Responsibilities • Lead the floor during shifts and provide warm, knowledgeable customer service • Guide customers through wine selections and stay up-to-date on new arrivals • Open and close the shop; ring up purchases and reconcile the register • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually inviting • Support wine club fulfillment, events, and tastings as needed Qualifications • 1–2 years of wine retail, hospitality, or related experience (leadership/keyholder a plus) • Knowledge of wine & spirits—or eagerness to learn, especially natural/organic wines • Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable style • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods • Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits: • Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($20-24 / hour) + tips from deliveries • Employee discount on wine & spirits • Ongoing wine education and tastings • Fun and dynamic work environment with passionate colleagues and supportive management • Role has potential to grow into an Assistant Manager position To Apply: Send your resume and a short cover letter.
