Our globally inspired menu is designed for convenience, nutrition, and sustainability packaged in reusable containers and made with care by our kitchen team. Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Meal Prep & Plating Associate to work Saturdays only, with the opportunity to grow into a Lead role. This position focuses on plating meals, labeling packaging, organizing orders, and maintaining a clean production line. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in presentation, consistency, and quality and who is ready to take on more responsibility as the business grows. Key Responsibilities: Accurately portion and plate meals following presentation and portion standards. Label and organize packaged meals for delivery or pickup. Ensure all meals meet quality and visual standards before sealing. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient plating area. Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations. Opportunity to grow into a Lead position by supporting workflow, quality control, and team coordination. Qualifications: Experience in food plating, meal assembly, or kitchen operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Punctual, dependable, and a proactive team player. Interest in growing into a leadership role within the company. Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Schedule: Saturdays only, availability 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Compensation & Benefits: Hourly wage based on experience. Clear path to a Lead position based on performance and reliability.
