We are looking for an experienced sushi chef to work directly under our Head Sushi Chef to help run our sushi bar. You will be responsible for ensuring all practices and standards set by our Head Sushi Chef are followed, as well as performing prep and service responsibilities yourself. This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability required. In addition to base pay + tips we offer employer-paid telemedicine and EAP benefits, subsidized ORCA card (good for unlimited usage), paid sick leave leading to PTO benefits (upon qualifying).
