Bath House Atendant (tenderloin)

Onsen is a Japanese-inspired bathhouse in the Tenderloin, offering a communal bathing experience in a beautifully restored space. We’re looking for attentive and hospitable team members to help create a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. Position Overview: We’re seeking a Bathhouse Attendant to ensure a smooth and serene experience for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and tranquil space. Responsibilities: - Welcome guests and provide guidance on bathhouse etiquette and policies. - Maintain the cleanliness of the bathhouse, including pools, showers, and common areas. - Monitor guest flow and ensure a peaceful atmosphere. - Restock towels, robes, and amenities as needed. - Assist with light laundry duties. - Communicate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Address guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness environments preferred but not required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working in a warm and humid environment. - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks. - Weekend and evening availability is a plus.
