The catering server’s primary responsibility is to provide outstanding service and help to create memorable events for our clients. Banquet Equipment Coordinator: Summary of Position: The BEC provides tables, chairs, staging, podiums, easels, and all details of complete room sets as specified in the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); ensuring all standards are adhered to in accordance with Banquet Standards Operating Procedures. Assist groups with their in-house Audio and Visual needs.
