This highly important position will be responsible for assisting and working with the owners of the Filippi’s Pizza Grotto location in Mission Valley. The position is mostly comprised of being the backbone of the service, which will require a broad knowledge of our menu, restaurant procedures, and understanding of how to assist with the work flow of full- service dining and takeout service. Listed below are the requirements for this role, as well as some bullet points to summarize some of the responsibilities that this position will be accountable for: Requirements 1. At least 3 years of restaurant experience in full-service 2. Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively 3.
