equator all in 1 washer/dryer- needs heater element - $700 (Slidell, la)

i have an equator 4400n model washer/dryer all in 1 combo. the heater element went bad on it. this is not a heavy duty machine, which is why i'm selling it. i do a lot of outdoor work, & can get pretty dirty. so, i'm just getting rid of it. i believe the part costs in 150.00 range, & doesnt seem like a hard replacement. i paid over 1500.00 for it about 3 years ago, & stopped using it about a year ago. it literally probably only got used between 50 & 75 times. so, basically, it was worst 1500.00 i've ever spent. i mean, to have a washer home, but still had to go to laundry to wash certain things. so, i'm cutting my loses, & getting rid of it.
