Our client, a fast-growing Los Angeles-based fashion brand known for our commitment to quality, creativity, and collaboration. Looking for an experienced, highly organized Assistant Production Assistant to join dynamic team. Job Summary: The Assistant Production person will support the end-to-end production process from development through delivery. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in managing all aspects of the production lifecycle, from proto to final delivery ● Work closely with design, technical, and sourcing teams to ensure production timelines are met ● Communicate daily with domestic. ● Track production schedules and samples ● Approve lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and TOP samples • Check sample measurments from first sample. ● Assist in resolving quality and fit issues during production ● Maintain accurate production records and documentation ● Support the Production Manager with reporting, vendor communication, and process improvement Qualifications: ● 2–4 years of production experience in the fashion industry (preferably contemporary or fast fashion) ● Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrications, and production timelines ● Excellent organizational and time management skills ● Excellent interpersonal skills with a service mindset ● Proficiency in Excel, PLM systems, and production tracking tools ● Experience working with vendors ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure ● Team Player Benefits & Perks: ● Competitive salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience) ● Health, dental, and vision insurance ● Paid time off and holidays ● Employee discount and perks ● Opportunity for growth within a collaborative and creative team About Scott-Thaler Creative Talent Group Inc.: Scott-Thaler Associates was founded in 198​3 to present a professional, ethical, and confidential approach to the field of Executive Search / Recruitment.
