When you arrive at 9 am you will have 1 hour of detail tasks to help set up and replenish items for service including some light administrative work. then from 10 am - 12 pm you would work on SM. From 12 - 2:30 pm you would focus on Serving customers at the bar and at the tables near the bar. From 2:30 - 5 pm you would do a combination of more SM and setting up the Bar for Dinner Service. The Job - Heavily play test, & fine tune new TCG till its completion. 10-15 hours a week for 3 months straight. Brainstorm, & idea set for near future expansion.
