Zgraph is an established Florida-based digital agency looking for a qualified Graphic Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse with the ability to keep multiple projects spinning at the same time. Duties & Responsibilites Include: Creatively solve (in a team atmosphere) communication problems for the world. Develop concepts and execute design to the satisfaction of Zgraph and clients alike. Creating designs (digital & print), logos, illustrations, layouts and storyboards, and more as needed. Creating and executing designs based on current client artwork and identity standards. Creating mechanical artwork, to required specs, and coordinate with appropriate vendors as needed (photographers, service bureaus, illustrators, printers, web developers, app developers, etc.). Providing specs and input/request production estimates from vendors. Preparing comps for client presentations. Assisting in the coordination of photo sessions, as needed. Managing art files for clients to whom you’re assigned. Assisting with digital file storage and organization. Requirements Be a good person. We like friendly, talented people. Hi there, we’re ChurchBanners.com and we’re excited to meet you. We’ve been around online a while, long-standing by internet standards, with our first site launched in 2004. We specialize in design and print for Christian churches around North America. We design all of the print products one would see from the parking lot all the way into the sanctuary and beyond. We specialize in fabric banners, but make yard signs, interior way finding signs, and many other products as well. We are currently looking to fill an in person position to help with making several of our sign products. Having previously worked in a sign facility would be preferred. We're shipping products daily Mon-Thurs. Having some computer graphic knowledge is extremely helpful and understanding photoshop is even better. But this role is to help get our products from print to ship. Key Responsibilities • Quality control on all digital print files. • Operate roll to roll printers (training for our machines will be handled in house. No previous knowledge is necessary) • Fabricate and assemble custom banners and sintra board signs • Apply vinyl graphics to a variety of substrates with precision • Follow production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety standards • Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication or installation issues as needed Requirements • Prior sign experience preferred but not required • Skilled in vinyl application on various surfaces • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to lift 50+ lbs Bonus • Knowledge of Adobe suite products and the ability to handle some photoshop files. • Willingness to grow your education on graphic designs (we love to have as many graphic designers on staff as possible when possible) More about the Role: You'll work alongside other warehouse employees to get the daily orders completed and labeled for FedEx to pickup. This position is flexible and can be a full or part-time role. We are only open Mon-Thursday with Fri, Sat, and Sundays off. Warehouse is open 9am - 5pm Mon-Thursday. Operate and troubleshoot gear across audio, lighting, video, and staging disciplines. Maintain equipment and report necessary repairs or replacements proactively. Growing small artisan plaster shop looking for full time helper. Should be physically fit (able to lift 50 pound bags and able to climb ladders), and live in/around Philadelphia.
