Our client, a thriving Reform Jewish congregation in Lexington, MA, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to oversee marketing and communications strategies that enhance community engagement and organizational goals. This is a temp-to-hire role, based onsite in Lexington, MA, with a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite, 1 remote to start). Standard hours are 8:30/9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Pay is low $30s/hr, converting to $65K once permanent. Parking is available onsite. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to support organizational objectives and community engagement. Manage content creation across email, newsletters, website, social media, and print materials. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize user engagement. Produce marketing collateral including brochures, signage, presentations, videos, and graphics. Analyze data and report on campaign outcomes to refine strategies. Partner with staff, clergy, and lay leaders to create tailored campaigns that foster belonging and participation. Ensure consistent messaging across worship, holidays, programs, and educational opportunities. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. 3-5 years of marketing/communications experience, preferably on a small team or as a sole contributor. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools. Strong organizational, writing, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative team player with professionalism, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
