Our client, a thriving Reform Jewish congregation in Lexington, MA, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to oversee marketing and communications strategies that enhance community engagement and organizational goals. This is a temp-to-hire role, based onsite in Lexington, MA, with a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite, 1 remote to start). Standard hours are 8:30/9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Pay is low $30s/hr, converting to $65K once permanent. Parking is available onsite. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to support organizational objectives and community engagement. Manage content creation across email, newsletters, website, social media, and print materials. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize user engagement. Produce marketing collateral including brochures, signage, presentations, videos, and graphics. Analyze data and report on campaign outcomes to refine strategies. Partner with staff, clergy, and lay leaders to create tailored campaigns that foster belonging and participation. Ensure consistent messaging across worship, holidays, programs, and educational opportunities. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. 3-5 years of marketing/communications experience, preferably on a small team or as a sole contributor. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools. Strong organizational, writing, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative team player with professionalism, creativity, and problem-solving mindset. Springwell is looking for a Part-Time Traveling Community Food Service Worker to help cover daily operations needs including delivering meals and staffing staging or community dining sites for the Springwell Nutrition Department. He is an active person with disabilities who is motivated to train and participate in triathlons. T swims at an outdoor pool in Fullerton, CA, three to four times a week—on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. He also participates in adaptive horseback riding and rides a tandem road bike for up to 10 miles on Thursdays. T enjoys live music, museums, and going to the beach for open water swims or just to relax. Caregiver Position: If you're interested in the caregiving position, T needs someone comfortable providing a high level of personal care. Duties may include, but are not limited to: bathing, toileting, grooming, and physical support using a gait belt to help with stability. T is a 40-year-old male, weighing approximately 125 lbs.
