This role works directly alongside the Site Lead to help deliver a fun, safe, and structured sports experience for K–5th grade students. As the second-in-command on site, the Assistant Site Lead is responsible for assisting with daily program operations and stepping into a lead role when needed. You’ll support a team of coaches, lead activities, and help uphold the high standards of ANTS programming.
