Now Hiring: Direct Staff (Behavior Technician) – Part-Time to Full Time Join our dedicated and mission-driven ABA team at PRAISE Behavior Services! Location: Home-based services throughout local communities (some telehealth possibly) Population Served: Children and adolescents (ages 2–21), primarily with Autism and related developmental needs Work Schedule: Flexible, 2–3 hour sessions, scheduled based on family needs and your availability. Multiple case assignments are arranged to support your desired total weekly hours. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support in the home setting, using creativity and compassion to help each child learn, grow, and succeed. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Clinical Supervisors using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
