Only local candidates will be considered. About Us We are a French immersion preschool located in the Inner Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. Our preschool offers a balanced learning environment where children grow through structured, nurturing, and creative experiences. We offer Art activities, nature , yoga , music activities — all in French. We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable French-speaking Teacher Assistant who loves nature, art, Yoga, and most of all who loves being with children ! Key Responsibilities Assist with daily transitions (e.g., getting children ready for outdoor play). Supervise children at all times during indoor and outdoor activities. Read books, sing songs, and lead playtime in French. Lead one structured activity per week with your assigned group. Support teachers with classroom prep (cutting, printing, setting up materials). Assist with diapering and toilet training routines. Set up and monitor nap time. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment. Qualifications Fluent in French – native or near-native level required. Must live in the Bay Area (San Francisco or surrounding areas). Minimum 6 ECE units (Early Childhood Education) – required. Experience working with young children in a school or preschool setting. Patient, warm, and able to maintain a gentle but structured classroom environment.
