As a coach, you will work with small groups of children across various ages, developing their skills, physical literacy, and teamwork abilities. The ideal team member will have experience working in Tennis, Golf, Pickleball,Cheer or Football. Schedules will vary but class times will typically fall between Monday-Friday: 2pm - 6pm Ideally this position will involve 5-8 hours/week coaching classes, 3-5 hours per week managing equipment, and 6 hours helping with recruitment, hiring, running trainings and doing class observations Compensation: Starting rate $21 an hour upon completion of coach test. Higher rates up to $25 will be reviewed in relation to experience. Legal exemptions include but are not limited to, medical condition, disability or sincerely-held religious belief. Requirements Passion for working with children and improving their physical literacy, gross motor skills, and socialization skills! Strong sports background with general sports knowledge. Must have reliable transportation as all programs are run at local schools and parks. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with children and parents. Must be punctual (classes are held after school in the afternoons and children are counting on you) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
