Run pre-sales: scoping, solution architecture, SOWs, RFPs, rate cards; partner with Sales but own services growth. Define guardrails for when to build custom vs. push for core platform roadmapping. TAM leadership: Institute executive sponsorship, QBRs, adoption runbooks, and expansion playbooks.
