Join us and help redefine the future of healthcare. The Role: We are actively looking for a full-time Full Stack Developer. Please note that this is a full-time, in-person role based in New York, NY. If you are interested in remote or hybrid opportunities, this position may not be suitable for you. What You'll Do: You will start as a React Native Software Engineer for Zealthy, joining a team of 5 full-time engineers who are currently working at Zealthy and you will also collaborate closely with the Founder / CEO (who oversees product) and the Senior Medical Director who oversees clinical. You will move quickly to build our mobile app (iOS and Android) using our mobile-friendly web app and some design work as the basis for your build. You will work in person in our New York, NY office and participate in daily standup meetings, weekly sprint meetings(or a more fluid Kanban process), and hold yourself accountable to an aggressive product development roadmap. We are an early-stage startup and oftentimes that comes with wearing many hats, which means that you may build the initial version of the mobile app without significant support from other engineers. As the organization scales, you will have the opportunity to scale into a leadership role if your performance is strong and you wish to become a leader. This will not need to be decided on Day 1, and will be an evolving conversation between you and the existing leader(s) on the team. Requirements 1+ year experience in an engineering position at early-stage high-growth startup. It is preferred that you have 1-5 years of experience. Experienced in Typescript and able to accommodate a modern tech stack. Relentless resourcefulness and an ownership mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability.
