Our Property Management Division helps investment property owners by taking the stress out of ownership—from tenant screening and rent collection to maintenance and online reporting tools. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do: • Act as the primary liaison for tenants, property owners, and vendors • Manage lease processes: tenant screening, renewals, move-ins/outs • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests promptly • Conduct routine inspections to uphold property excellence • Utilize online tools to deliver transparent activity reports to property owners • Support leasing efforts, property showings, and marketing initiatives • Oversee the sales process and provide an exceptional tour experience for prospective residents • Proactively follow up with current and prospective renters, utilizing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up ________________________________________ Who We Are Looking For • Possess 2+ years of experience in property management (residential/investment focus preferred) • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required • Proficiency in PropertyWare or similar property management software is required • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired • Superior verbal and listening skills • Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability required • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required (properties across Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Hollywood) ________________________________________ What We Offer: • Competitive salary with potential performance-based bonuses • Growth opportunities in a boutique, high-achieving team environment • Direct mentorship from senior leadership • Hands-on experience managing a diverse South Florida portfolio, including luxury condos and single-family homes
