Description

I am a small creative business owner in Silver Lake hiring someone dependable and comfortable on the phone to manage outreach to schools and charities. You will call and email organizations to offer our silent auction donations, track responses, and keep everything organized in a CRM. This is a combination of working from home and working here in Silver Lake. The mix can vary week to week. The work is semi seasonal. It is heavy right now and will rise and fall during the year. You must be very comfortable with technology. You should know your way around a CRM or be able to learn one quickly. You should be good at searching, writing clear emails, keeping records, and solving problems without hand holding. You must be willing to pick up the phone often. You are not asking anyone for money. You are offering a donation and making it easy for them to accept. This job needs a grounded, dependable person who rolls up their sleeves and finishes the job. Both your time spent and your results will be measured. The role is 10-30 hours per week. Start immediately. If you are strong at this work there are other projects you can take on over time. You need to be able to meet in Silver Lake as needed.
