Our client, a Boston-based management consulting firm is seeking a professional and reliable Office Facilities Administrator (Front Desk Role) for a temporary 2-month assignment, with the possibility to extend. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, with an hour lunch. It is compensating $22-$24/hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet employees and clients as they arrive and manage incoming calls with professionalism. Process incoming and outgoing mail and stock office supplies. Maintain a tidy kitchen and ensure office areas are organized. Send building lists and company-wide emails. Support general front desk and administrative functions, including training alongside the current Office Administrator. Candidate Qualifications: Previous administrative or front desk experience in a professional environment. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
