Our client, an architecture firm, is seeking a Facilities Associate in NYC! The hours are 12:00pm-9:00pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to work later if needed. This role is onsite, 5 days a week. Responsibilities: * Maintain office space, including cleaning conference rooms, stocking restrooms, and collecting glasses/mugs from desks * Handle minor repairs, lightbulb changes, and maintenance as needed * Serve as primary facilities contact after hours (6pm-9pm) with building management and vendors * Manage dishwashers, pantry upkeep, trash collection, and coffee/refrigerator deep cleaning on Fridays * Conduct nightly walkthroughs, assist with deliveries, and support hospitality with late meeting cleanups * Provide coverage for Facilities Team members, assist with storage closeouts, and handle other projects as required Qualifications: * 1+ years of facilities/mailroom experience in a professional environment preferred * Ability to lift 40+ pounds and handle physical work safely * Comfortable working independently in an after-hours environment * Strong problem-solving skills with good judgment on when to escalate * Collaborative team player with professionalism, integrity, and a "no-job-too-small" mentality Compensation/Benefits: * Up to $60,000 base salary + bonus * Medical, dental, vision, and telemedicine coverage offered * Unlimited PTO * Monthly wellness half-day Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
