Our client, an energy investment firm, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO in midtown. They are looking for a tech-savvy, concise communicator with strong organizational and prioritization skills. The hours are 8:30/9:00am-5:30/6:00pm with paid overtime as needed, though this is not a 24/7 role. This position is onsite five days per week, with occasional flexibility to work from home on Fridays! Responsibilities: * Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including complex calendar and meeting management across multiple business priorities and boards * Coordinate all travel arrangements, including private plane scheduling, business and personal travel, and related logistics * Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up * Handle expense management, correspondence, and preparation of materials for meetings and presentations * Manage a portion of personal administrative support primarily focused on travel and scheduling appointments * Leverage technology, including AI tools, to streamline processes and improve efficiency Qualifications: * 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including direct CEO-level support * Background in professional services * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, demanding environment * Highly tech-savvy, with a proven ability to adopt and leverage new tools and systems * Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to clarify priorities and manage expectations * Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion Compensation/Benefits: * Up to $160K base salary plus bonus and paid overtime * Competitive vacation/wellness day package * 100% employer-paid medical benefits * 401(k) * 15 vacation days, 10 personal wellness days, 14 paid holidays * Generous fertility benefits Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
